Many people fear: Will the other side’s insurance company send an investigator out to spy on me?

Derek

Unfortunately, the answer is: More often than any of us would like to think.
And this is particularly true when a person’s injuries are serious.

Frequently, insurance companies secretly film injured people for days, sometimes even weeks, with the hope of getting 10 or 15 seconds of a person doing a routine activity, such as carrying groceries or taking out the trash, where their injuries and limitations don’t appear too obvious.

So remember, you should always assume that all of your activities are being filmed by the Defense. Your doctor’s instructions as to what you should (or should not) be doing are your best guideline in regulating your activities.
